Festival Reminders

Dress: Dress comfortably for the day. There is no all-festival expected concert uniform – individual groups can decide on their own dress codes. You can change in the restrooms or locker rooms. Do not leave any valuables unattended at any point during the day.

Music: A reminder – WE OBEY THE COPYRIGHT LAWS! You must have purchased enough original music for each stand in your choirs. If the cost of the music is a barrier for your group, please reach out to the festival committee, and we will do our best to pair you with a sponsor. We don't want the cost of the music to keep groups from attending, but cutting corners with music purchasing is not an acceptable solution.

Children: Because of insurance rules, no children will be allowed in the event venue during the day unless with a non-ringing responsible adult at all times. Thank you for understanding.

Concert Seats: To be fair to all, please do not reserve seats for the concert.
