Lunch: Sandwich Ordering

Information and Order Form

We are offering lunches for pre-order again this year. Like last year, we will be ordering sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s. We will have the same four sandwich options this year, and will be purchasing assorted individual-sized bags of chips and assorted cookies for those who order sandwiches. At the lunch break, orders will be distributed in the Haven (next to the gymnasium). The name that you place on this order form (below) is the name that will be on the list for that type of sandwich at the sandwich distribution counter on festival day. You will need to submit this form separately for each sandwich, even if you are ordering for a whole group (when you click “add to cart” it will take you to your cart but you can click “continue shopping” to return to the site and add another sandwich selection). This allows us to pair people with their sandwich choice for easy distribution at the lunch break. The cost has increased slightly this year and is now $11 per sandwich (which again comes with chips and a cookie of your choice, on a first-come, first-served basis), payable below (by PayPal or credit card).

Available options (all are sub sandwiches, approximately 5 inches long):

  • Ham and Provolone

  • Turkey and Provolone

  • Club Supreme (Roast Beef, Turkey, Applewood Smoked Bacon, and Swiss)

  • The Veggie (Swiss, Provolone, Green Bell Peppers) (please note the additional toppings below, many of which would apply to a normal “veggie” sandwich!)

Additional Toppings!
All sandwiches will come dry, and you will be able to add additional toppings as you choose. Additional toppings provided will be:

  • Onions

  • Lettuce

  • Tomatoes

  • Seasonings

  • Mayonnaise

Make sure to enter a first and last name so there is no confusion at pick-up!

The deadline to order is Monday, February 23rd at 4pm MT and we cannot guarantee that there will be any extra sandwiches available at the festival.

Just a reminder that you may, of course, bring your own lunch or make your own arrangements to have lunch brought to you at the time of the lunch break – you are by no means required to order lunch through this form.

There will be bottled water available at festival.
